This year, I decided to bake a cake for my mum’s birthday. Judging that I’ve never really baked a cake before (apart from making ChiQ’s cheesecake), I set out on a mission to NOT burn down the kitchen. Well, the cake looked a bit weird, but tasted alright, fortunately. There you go, a moist sultana butter cake. Ok, I’ll admit that I cheated and used a cake mix…Hah.
